AFIDC Zell Pitch Night with the Zell fellows of the Adelson School of Entrepreneurship
On Wednesday, June 20th, AFIDC hosted the annual Zell Pitch Night at the WeWork Head Quarters in Chelsea. The elite Zell Fellows had been working all year on their individual projects and finally were able to pitch their concepts to a panel of esteemed judges. The crowd favorite, Vayo, and the judges pick, Novos, won a one year membership with WeWork to jump start their companies. We look forward to seeing these incredibly creative and talented students succeed in bringing their unique gifts to the world!
L'chaim with Professor Reichman
On Wednesday April 25 2018 nearly one hundred AFIDC supporters, friends, and alumni came out to Wework in Manhattan to join Professor Reichman for a celebratory L'chaim .The exciting news being celebrated is that IDC Herzliya is on the road to being recognized as the first private university in Israel. It was a very special night filled with fine wine, savory snacks, and great music by DJ cake batter.
Argov Fellows Study Tour
On February 12, 2018 American Friends of IDC hosted a special evening for the Argov Fellows Program. Over 60 IDC alumni and supporters came out to Wework Grand Central in New York City for the event. The audience was treated to a presentation by the fellows and sample debate. Achiya Klein (standing at the far right) shared his personal story from Operation Protective Edge, delivering a powerful message to the audience about "seeing through darkness to the light at the end of the tunnel".
