Dear Friends, Supporters, and Alumni,

I hope you are all doing well. I would like to take this opportunity to wish you, your loved ones, and families a Happy Shavout!

Please see below how IDC Herzliya is continuing with their efforts to support our students given these challenging times. IDC RRIS staff delivered kosher certified Shavout meals to RRIS students for the holiday. We can’t thank our donors enough for assisting us in being able to provide these special treats to our students. They  won’t forget these small gestures of kindness and are very grateful. If you wish to donate and help our IDC students with meals, activities, or scholarships click here.

Dear Friends, Supporters, and Alumni, In commemoration of the Memorial Day for Ethiopian Jews who perished on their way to Israel, the Raphael Recanati International School and the Student Union invite you to hear the testimony of Rabbi Dr. Sharon Shalom on the Ethiopian Jews’ journey to Israel, their struggles, and their arrival, with opening remarks by RRIS Head and VP of External Relations Jonathan Davis, in the video below. Please note the video starts after a moment of silence. May their memories be blessed and may we continue to honor their descendants, many of whom we are proud to have as our students and alumni.

Best Regards,

Leslie Skyba Executive Director American Friends of IDC
